Situation
A homicide of a female occurs in an alleyway, which leads Phelps and Earle into a small investigation of the crime scene.

Cole Phelps: 11K responding, go ahead with the further.

Walkthrough
The victim, a young woman, is found dead as a result of blunt force trauma in the lot behind the Jerry Rothschild store. Cole Phelps and Roy Earle investigate the scene, finding a trail of blood that leads to a nearby roof. Cole climbs to the roof and spots the suspect, Daniel Ullman, and then must chase and subdue him in hand-to-hand combat.
