Chester King is a character in L.A. Noire.
He appears in the street crime case The Badger Game, where claims he was a victim of a mugging, but ends up fleecing the police of their patrol car while they were distracted. However, he crashed at construction site while being chased by Cole Phelps and Roy Earle, and was arrested.
