Chevrolet Civilian Van is a make of car available in L.A. Noire. It is identifiable as a 1949 model. it seems to resemble a Holden FJ van of the time.
Herbert Chapman owns one of these vehicles as can be seen at the end of the case "A Walk in Elysian Fields". In the trunk, Cole Phelps finds substantial evidence to incriminate him for the events of the case. Herbert's neighbour informs Phelps and Biggs of the vehicle's owner while he is gardening.
The coroner's van is another variation of this vehicle.
Perhaps the most common place to find this vehicle is around the Elysian Fields Construction Site. During the arson case "House of Sticks", when Jack Kelso arrives at the site, there should be one parked outside the construction trailer he enters.
