Events of L.A. Noire

While making a delivery to the El Dorado Bar, Clem briefly encountered Detectives Cole Phelps and Rusty Galloway. The two later visited the fruit store for leads on Antonia's murder. Phelps questioned Clem who became suspicious of his motives. After searching the back storage room, Phelps and Galloway discovered the bloodied knife as well as Antonia's jewelry box. However, these items were placed there by the Black Dahlia killer to frame Clem. Clem ran, but was caught after a car chase and was sent to prison. However, it was eventually discovered that the true killer was Garrett Mason, hence Clem was quietly released and his charges were dropped.
