The concealed message is a piece of evidence in L.A. Noire, it is featured in "The Driver's Seat case.

Events of L.A. Noire

Adrian Black engaged in an affair with his secretary, Nicole. During a trip to Seattle, Adrian had a picture taken that was later framed and Nicole signed a love note to Adrian on the back. The framed photo was brought back to Adrian's home, however his wife discovered the concealed message, creating a strain on their marriage and further pushed Adrian into the comfort of his mistress.

During Adrian's "disappearance", Detectives Phelps and Bekowsky arrived at Adrian's home to inform Margaret of his disappearance and to search for clues. While searching Adrian's separate bedroom, Phelps found the concealed message behind the photograph. When presented this to Margaret during questioning, Margaret reluctantly confirmed that Adrian was seeing another woman, and that their marriage was in trouble.
