Eileen Clark is questioned by Phelps on the activity of Deidre Moller on the night of her murder. She tells him that she witnessed Hugo Moller put something in the incinerator earlier that morning and spots him again going back to the incinerator.
No questioning is required to gain information from Eileen Clark, instead only adding a new Person Of Interest (herself) and a new objective of taking Moller into custody.
