Evestrom Residence is a location in L.A. Noire.

The residence is a large mansion on 1008 North Kingsley Drive owned by Beverly Evestrom. Cole Phelps and Roy Earle go there during The Naked City after they discover a gold cigarette case that, along with various other items, was stolen during a robbery on April 14, 1947.

It is a large two-story mansion with a facade painted in salmon and decorated with expensive furniture, including a grand piano. It has a large fireplace, bar and a large garage out and grounds outside.

They later discover that Heather Swanson, a person of interest from earlier in the case, is the daughter of Beverly.
