Celia Stanley is a character in L.A. Noire. She is a person of interest in the pre-order DLC Vice case, The Naked City.

Celia was the proprietor of D'Assine Dress Shop, a fashion store. She also hired several models for the dresses, such as Julia Randall and Heather Swanson. However, Celia fired Julia over her constant flirting with married men at the store.
Events of L.A. Noire[]
Celia was visited by Detectives Cole Phelps and Roy Earle, following Julia's murder. Phelps questioned Celia for background information on Julia. Celia response indicated that Julia was something of a hellraiser and a flirt. Celia directed Phelps to Heather, being Julia's close friend, for further questioning.
