"Shit! Hope you bring a plenty of ammunition, sir!"
Officer James Mitchell

"Gangfight" is a Traffic street crime case in L.A. Noire.

Situation[]

After being called to the scene by a KGPL bulletin, Detectives Cole Phelps and Stefan Bekowsky meet Officer Mitchell, who informs Phelps that he is nervous about members of two local Mexican-American street crews, the 3rd Street Gang and the Diamond Street Gang, making threatening gestures and shouting insults at each other. He notes that this behavior is usually just empty postering, but not today. Suddenly, the two sides open fire on each other. Phelps and Bekowsky draw their weapons and prepare to deal with the gang members.

Dispatch Call Script[]

Dispatch: All units, officer needs help, major 415, 1624, West Third Street. Any unit to handle Code Three, identify.

Cole Phelps: Car 11K, we'll handle the call.

Dispatch: 11K, officer needs help, 415 in the alleyway, 1624, West Third Street. 1624, West Third Street. 11K, Code Three.

Stefan Bekowsky: Any excuse to engage, right, Phelps?

Objective[]

Your goal here is to deal with both gangs in the parking lot. Stay in cover behind the police car and pick off the gang members one-by-one. Be watchful, as some of the crooks will try to sneak up on you, using the building on your right for cover. There are a total of nine gang members; two are armed with submachine guns, two have revolvers, one has a automatic pistol, and four are carrying sawn-off shotguns, so always take cover between shots.

Once all suspects are down, a car drives up with several more gang members. Move forward to one of the abandoned cars in the lot as cover. Take out the gang reinforcements and the case will be finished. There will be civilians loitering outside of the parking lot, so watch where you shoot, or the case will be an automatic failure.
