Mike is a Police Officer in the LAPD. He is a friend of Herschel Biggs.
Events of L.A. Noire[]
He is seen when Biggs and his new partner, Cole Phelps, arrive at the Steffens' house fire site. Mike shows disgust at Cole, due to the scandal, but he is calmed down by Biggs. Cole asks Mike about the crime scene, and the latter tells him that the house burned down last night and the Steffens are now without a home.
Trivia[]
- When he mentions that the Steffens' house is going to be bulldozed for homes of GIs, he has no idea that Phelps was in the Sixth Marines.
