Background[]
Situated at 650 North Hobart Boulevard between Melrose and Clinton, the residence was home to the Morelli Family. Mike Morelli built the house himself and he and his family lived there.
Events of L.A. Noire[]
Mike Morelli refused to sell his house to Elysian Fields Development which led to the house being burned down by Ira Hogeboom in A Walk in Elysian Fields, the fire inadvertently killed the Morelli family who were supposed to be on holiday at the time.
