A model from New York, Julia was considered to an exceptionally beautiful woman who stood out amongst the models she worked with at D'Assine Dress Shop and was friends with Heather Swanson. Through Stoneman (going by the alias of "Henderson"), Julia acquired the names of wealthy high society members, Arnett robbed these people with aid of Wilson "Willy the Wolf" Reade and Jimmy Leblanc. Unfortunately, Julia's need for more money and merchandise continued to grow uncontrollably, prompting Arnett to want to leave her gang, though she instead laughed back at him.
