SituationEdit

A man is attempting to break in to a house, but is interrupted by Phelps and his partner. The man jumps in a truck, drives off and a chase ensues.

WalkthroughEdit

Phelps and Biggs arrive at the scene where a man is trying to burglarize a house. When he sees Phelps and Biggs, he panics and jumps into the truck in the driveway of the house. The chase goes on until Phelps disables the truck or it gets hit by a bigger truck.
