"I nearly got a mouthful of lead for my trouble."
―Isaac Kelly during "Pawnshop Holdup"

Isaac Kelly is a character featured in L.A. Noire. He is a patrol officer for the Los Angeles Police Department.

Events of L.A. Noire

He is first seen in The Fallen Idol traffic case. He is one of the police officers present at the crime scene.

He is encountered again during the side-mission "Pawnshop Holdup". He attempted to stop the robbery of a pawn shop, but the thieves took hostages and Kelly was nearly killed. When Cole Phelps and Stefan Bekowsky arrive on the scene, Kelly distracted the thieves long enough for Phelps and Bekowsky to get around to the back of the shop, but is wounded in the process, and is knocked to the ground by the gunshot. Once around the back, Phelps and Bekowsky must storm the shop and kill the thieves.

He is encountered again during the case "The White Shoe Slaying", in which he escorts Able Seaman James Jessop to a cell for holding. He then informs Phelps and Galloway that the disfigured homeless man they were searching for had been spotted.
