Biography[]
Background[]
Juan became part of Ernesto Juarez's reefer ring by storing and guarding the reefer that Ernesto brought in from Tijuana, Mexico. Juan later convinced his cousin, Jorge, to take part by allowing Ernesto access to the Parnell's Soup Co. Factory to help with the distrubtion.
