The Masked Robbers, also known as Masked Gunners, was a small gang in Los Angeles during the mid 1940s.
The Masked Gunners is a small group of robbers. They were nicknamed for the way they dress during robberies. The majority of gang members in that group wear bandanas - not all of them however.
Most of their crimes are primarily store robberies.
Events of L.A. Noire
The Masked Gunners appear as the main antagonists during "Armed and Dangerous". They tried to rob Westlake Savings & Loans, but they were stopped by officers Cole Phelps and Ralph Dunn.
A member of the gang also appears in the street crime, "Masked Gunman". The man started to shoot a rifle at people, but was chased and killed by Cole Phelps.
Despite the gang's size, they are well armed with Thompson M1s, 12 Gauge Pump Action Shotguns and M1917 Revolvers.
