The Packard Clipper Eight is a make of car available in L.A. Noire. It is identifiable as a 1947 model. There is a 2-Door variant of this model. It can be found outside Dewey's Car Sales on Figueroa St. Downtown.
It can be found in the army base located in the south east part of the Los Angeles map. The base is south of 7th street. The base base contains a rectangular track with roads bisecting east-west and north-south as landmarks. The car is just to the east of the proving track. It is also Consul General Valdez's diplomatic vehicle until he can bring up his Hispano-Suiza from Buenos Aires.
The vehicle is also used in the case Manifest Destiny. It belongs to two mobsters working for Mickey Cohen. They use the car to escape LAPD Detectives Cole Phelps and Roy Earle.
