I think the note only applies to the Vice Desk because I couldn't find it on the Traffic Desk nor the Homicide Desk, or it's just not 100% chance the car will be there. Bumbib 07:54, November 22, 2011 (UTC)
I've restarted The Set Up numerous times and this car is never in the parking lot of the Boxing Stadium. I think this is another random spawn and it will not always be there. (Redleigh86 01:44, December 16, 2011 (UTC)redleigh86)
Ah, and I meant to also add that I found anothet topic discussing this car and someone suggested the corner of 6th and Park View. It had a number of responses also suggesting success, so I went there and I found it straight away at the intersection. Judging from the number of people who found it there quickly, maybe it should be listed as another possible place to find it? Redleigh86 01:47, December 16, 2011 (UTC)

I accidently found mine on Westlake St, which is between Alvarado and Bonnie Brae. On the strip of Westlake between 6th and 3rd, just about in the middle, on the east side, there is a shop front with the stores Rubinoff Fine Papers and Union Cigars. It was behind this building the car was parked.
