A man reports that he got jumped and tells Phelps that the guys who did it went down an alley.

Dispatch: 11K, see the man. Citizen reports a 484 just occurred at 3155 West Fourth Street. 11K handle, Code Three.


The victim, Chester King, is talking to the officer on scene. Phelps comes over and asks him what happened. King claims that he was jumped and that the muggers took his money. He points down a nearby alley, saying that's where they went. As soon the officers walk down in that direction, King takes the officer's car and drives off. Now Phelps must chase him down until he crashes at a construction site.

This is also a great place to get the Ford V8 Sedan. It is available as a chase vehicle.
