The Blue Room is a location in L.A. Noire. It is a jazz club and Elsa Lichtmann works here as a singer. Roy Earle is a regular and introduces Cole Phelps to the place to celebrate Phelps' promotion to Homicide. Thereafter Cole visits on his own and becomes fascinated by star singer Elsa Lichtmann. The club becomes an investigation location in Manifest Destiny. This case is also notable for the capability of heading to the backstage area, via the normally-locked door located to the right of the stage.
