Uncle Sam's Army Surplus is a location in L.A. Noire. It is owned by Irwin Bousman and is the primary location of the side-mission Army Surplus.
Events of L.A. Noire
During the related mission, Bousman has been robbed by a group of thieves, but they were caught by Officer Clyde Hart. Unfortunately, Bousman, intoxicated and armed with a weapon, threatens to kill the thieves. While Hart is distracted, one of the thieves takes advantage of the situation and shoots and wound Hart and also kill Bousman. However, Cole Phelps and Stefan Bekowsky arrive on the scene and kill the thieves.
